AD1 HouseAccording to the website, AD1 House is a bed and breakfast. To view the building from the street, or to wander through the common areas and peek into some of the well appointed rooms, it appears to be a hotel. But then it offers beds in dorm rooms as well. It may not be clear as to how to categorize AD1 House, but if you’re looking affordable accommodations in Rome, you’ve found it!

AD1 House is a nice, affordable and safe accommodation option located in the middle of Rome, near the Brancaccio Theater and the Sta Maria Maggiore church. It is also conveniently situated near Termini, the main train station. It is also near both the A and the B metro lines, making visiting the many historical sites and attractions of Rome quick and easy to reach.

AD1 House rooms have been recently renewed and are nicely furnished. Guests are offered a laundry service, with clothes washed and dried for €10.00. Towel rental is €1.00. A complementary breakfast is included for guest paying €18,00 or more per night. The breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant. Local phone calls are gratis.

The accommodations are a choice of female dorm, male dorm and mixed dorm, or double room. Prices per person are:

  • Female dorm €16,00 to €23,00
  • Male dorm €18,00 to €25,00
  • Mixed dorm €18,00 to €25,00
  • Double shared bathroom €50,00 to €80,00

Note: Bed and room prices are subject to change.

Although very easy to get to by subway or bus, upon request guest can have a shuttle driver pick them up or take them to the airport. The cost is €45.00.

Check in is from 2:00PM. Guests arriving too early to check in can leave backpacks or luggage in the secure, luggage storage room.
