Belgium has distinctive regions… Dutch speaking Flanders to the north, where historically the Flemish were resided. The French speaking, mostly Walloon population, comprises 41% of all Belgians and live predominantly to the south. A German-speaking community lives in the East Cantons located around the High Fens area, and bordering Germany.

Belgium is a small country, but it’s has a lot of cultural, historic and natural attractions. Bruges is a popular destination, with its well preserved medieval streets that rimming scenic canals. Other towns in the country, such as Ghent and Mechelen, which have an abundance of architecture from the Middle Ages are huge tourist draws. The bilingual capital city of Brussels has ornate guildhalls at Grand-Place and elegant art-nouveau buildings.
